What PixelPass Is
Customers use PixelPass to discover events, choose general admission tickets or seats, pay securely and receive digital tickets. Organisers use PixelPass to publish events, sell tickets, measure campaigns, understand audiences and improve conversion while an event is still on sale.
Ticketing records what was sold. Event Intelligence helps explain traffic, attribution, funnel drop-off, occupancy and the actions that deserve attention next.

How We Work
We keep customer booking, checkout and payment flows simple. We keep organiser tools evidence-based: campaign-linked QR codes, marketing and sales intelligence, Smart Seat Maps where a venue supports them, and AI Event Intelligence that recommends rather than acting on its own.
Trust
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Customer Ticket Protection describes how PixelPass facilitates organiser-funded refunds when an event is officially cancelled or postponed. Organiser contact details are not published by default; attendees can request contact through PixelPass.
