Payment Policy

Ticket payments on PixelPass are collected through the enabled secure online payment partner. A booking is confirmed and digital tickets are issued only after payment is verified.

Payment amounts include applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Failed, abandoned or unverified payments do not create a confirmed ticket. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled with the payment partner and, where relevant, the organiser.

Refunds, when applicable, follow the Refund Policy and are subject to the organiser funding the refund.
